Ellasimone is a Junior majoring in Classical-Performance: Piano at Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan. She was recruited on a merit scholarship to study with Mr. Christopher Goodpasture. She began playing at the age of four, and since 2023, has studied with Ms. Tsengelmaa Lkhagvasuren, who shaped the foundation of her musicianship: hearing music in layers, feeling how a phrase can bloom, and understanding that a single touch can change a piece's story. At the Academy, that foundation opens into a wider musical world.

As a sophomore, she held the stage for a full 90-minute recital, spanning solo works by Beethoven, Brahms, and Ravel alongside chamber collaborations with fellow musicians. She has completed the Advanced Level of the Music Teachers' Association of California's Certificate of Merit, the program's highest level of evaluation in performance, technique, and theory. She is a first-prize winner of the Elite International Music Competition, the Sonor Music Competition, and the Northern California Young Talents Music Competition. She has performed on the Weill Recital stage at Carnegie Hall in both 2024 and 2025, along with competitions and festivals throughout Northern California.

In March 2026, she studied in Brittany, France, where her fluency in French let her immerse herself fully in the local culture and community, and where she was invited to perform at L'Archipel in Fouesnant. The following month, she took part in a masterclass in Vienna, Austria, with Mr. Abuzar Manafzade, an international prize-winning pianist, conductor, and composer. Together, these experiences broadened her artistic perspective across two very different corners of Europe.

Ellasimone first fell in love with Interlochen during its three-week piano session in the summer of 2025, and returned the following summer for six weeks. She studied with Dr. Erin Bennett of the University of North Florida in the first session and with Ms. Julia Siciliano in the second, and took master classes with Ms. Naomi Niskala of Susquehanna University and Dr. Nana Shi from The Juilliard School's Preparatory Division. A highlight came under Dr. Bennett's tutelage, when she appeared as piano soloist with the Interlochen Philharmonic in Arturo Márquez's Danzón No. 2.

Before Interlochen, Ellasimone attended The Athenian School in Danville, California, where she was a member of the Honors Chamber group, collaborating with and conducting fellow musicians and learning to lead, listen, and breathe alongside others. Outside of music, she danced with Athenian's Place Collective and competed in cross country and track, pursuits that shape the way she approaches the piano: grounded, focused, and alive. She also taught piano to young beginners, hoping to pass on the same joy music has given her.
